Bacon's announced it will buy Delahaye Medialink, a PR evaluation firm based in Norwalk, CT. Bacon's declined to reveal terms. Delahaye Medialink pulls in $9 million in annual revenue and has additional offices in Portsmouth, NH, London and Washington, according to DM News.
