Business-to-business media companies will remain active participants in mergers and acquisitions in 2006, according to investment bank AdMedia Partners' "Top Management Snapshot Survey" of B2B media executives attending the recent ABM Top Management Meeting; the survey found that 62 percent expect to be buyers in 2006 and 22 percent expect to be sellers, reports DM News. Some 47 percent of respondents said they participated in a transaction in the past year as either a buyer or a seller.
