Software developer Autonomy has formed a joint venture with a Chinese telecom firm and search engine Blinkx to provide new media services to the Chinese market, including internet TV and video search, reports NetImperative (U.K.). China Netcom Broadband Corporation Limited is one of China's largest, with more than 110 million customers in an area that includes Beijing.
