AT&T Webinar Offers Small Businesses Tips on Making Good Business Decisions.

On Thursday, August 13 at 1:30 p.m., AT&T will run another free one-hour webinar aimed to equip small business owners with the knowledge and resources needed to run a successful business. As part of a series of instructional webinars and training courses available on AT&T's small business website, the upcoming webinar, “10-10-10 For Business,” will feature noted business commentator, journalist and author Suzy Welch.

Welch, who attended Harvard Business School, joined the Harvard Business Review as a senior editor in 1995 and was named editor-in-chief in 2001. During her tenure there, she was the author of numerous articles on leadership, change, creativity and organizational behavior, as well as the contributor to several books on management.

She’ll highlight the principles described in her book, 10-10-10, and how they relate to the ever-changing and challenging small business marketplace. Her 10-10-10 methodology is based on measuring how today's decisions may impact your business in the future. Using real examples, Welch shows how this process can help small businesses with staffing, value proposition, strategy and profitability among other topics.

Participants can register for the event by visiting www.att.com/SmallBusinessInSite.

In addition to free online seminars, the AT&T Small Business InSite provides small business owners with a daily feed of small business news. Including but not limited to tips on starting, managing and relocating a small business, money-saving promotional offers from leading brands, the ability to submit questions and discussion of topics in real-time with other small business owners to receive one-on-one advice.
