Generosity is still news
Beginning last Saturday, AT&T began providing free Wi-Fi to seven California counties affected by the wildfires raging through the area.
The complimentary access is available at 600 hot spot locations, intended for evacuees to maintain contact with loved ones and friends.
The Wi-Fi may also prove helpful to those seeking information and news on the areas they had to flee as the fires approached.
A complete list of the locations with free Wi-Fi connections can be viewed here.
