AT&T Planning 80 New High-Speed Mobile Markets

AT&T is expanding its high-speed mobile service to 80 additional markets in 2008, increasing the total number of high-speed supported service stations to 350 in the US.

Last month, AT&T granted broadband subscribers free access to over 10,000 Wi-Fi locations nationwide.

According to Reuters, AT&T has trailed rivals like T-Mobile in building a high-speed wireless web for mobile phones.
