ClickZ reports that aQuantive's Atlas has partnered with video-on-demand ad insertion and programming services provider SeaChange to realize its VOD ad management plans, announced last week with the unveiling of Atlas's On Demand unit. Jointly developed VOD ad solutions are months away, according to the companies. Atlas On Demand hopes to integrate its digital marketing platform with SeaChange's ad tools and leverage the latter's relationships with cable providers, including Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Adelphia, Cox and Cablevision.
