ClickZ: Ask Jeeves Reports Doubled Profits

Ask Jeeves reported about $11 million in profits, almost tripling last year's $3.8 million for the third quarter. The results come in line with the reports from several other large firms reliant on internet advertising. Revenues also almost tripled, coming in at about $75 million. The company's management also gave very optimistic guidance, pegging profit growth for the year at 160 percent.
