Timberland UK Goes Web 2.0

Interactive shop windows

Timberland's UK site has had an invigorating facelift, thanks to e-commerce services firm Demandware.

The site is designed to look like a real store window with apparel, footwear, and accessories organized by lifestyle, according to DM News. Clothing in promotional banners can be clicked on and rolled over for more info.

Users can also design their own boots, a feature that's proven popular amongst sneaker retailers.

To bring interactive pep to the site, Demandware partnered with BazaarVoice, which contributed customer reviews capabilities.
