Technorati Relaunches to Focus on Bloggers


Now with more blogs!

After struggling with identity issues in the past year, Technorati has relaunched to rededicate itself to its core audience: bloggers and advertisers.

In May, the site relaunched as a "social search engine," where it not only aggregated blog posts, but videos, pictures, music, and events.

A newly-overhauled frontpage draws from all the blogs that are fit to print. Bloggers are getting a resource page called Blogger Central and the site unveiled a new photo page called Today In Photos.

The company had an executive shake-up in August, leading to the coronation of its new CEO, Richard Jalichandra.
