Marketing Firm's Model Focuses on Results, not Commissions

Instead of picking up revenue from media commissions like the age-old advertising model, Denver-based Red Tree Marketing charges only for work and results.

The small agency has developed what it calls the "Resultant" business model.

The model centers around strategy.

Once one is agreed upon with the client, Red Tree calls upon a network of creative partners to solve associated challenges. When those problems are solved, the agency goes to work implementing the strategy.

In a release, Red Tree calls its model more efficient than the traditional agency approach because it doesn't focus on in-house ad executives and commission-centric revenue models.
