MediaBuyerPlanner reports that CondeNet has invested in web startup TasteBook, which provides tools for users to create cookbooks from content culled from other online resources.
CondeNet’s Epicurious.com will work with TasteBook to create cookbooks whose recipes are pulled from Epicurious’s 25,000+ recipes, writes Mediaweek.
The service, created by Co-Founder Kamran Mohsenin of Ofoto and Greg Schroeder, Ofoto’s chief technical architect, is free. Producing a book of 100 recipes costs $34.95.
