Four Ning networks:
a social bunch

Ning.com has bounced back from near-death, powering over 100,000 social networks today - including PlayboyU and Adgabber - according to TechCrunch.

Ning, a social network builder, hosted a paltry 30,000 networks just this past February. But after recently launching an updated version of its offering, the site has enjoyed significant growth. The company reported a 40 percent increase in pageviews over the summer.

In July, Ning also secured US$ 44 million in funding.
