Email deliverability provider Pivotal Veracity has launched a new tool called eReputation Manager, which streamlines the task of managing a company's "digital reputation" to improve email marketing efforts.
The new service features a Global Whitelisting Portal, which lets clients juggle dozens of whitelisting programs and also view where they're being blacklisted. It also signs subscribers up for spam complaint reporting from leading ISPs and other relevant sources.
In addition to email reputation management, the service takes a look at the brand's overall digital rep through the Real-Time Reputation Assessment.
This feature runs an audit of infrastructure, identity, product and service quality with "more than 24 independent reputation metrics," according to DM News, and also allows marketers to take a gander at competitors' digital reputations.
All in all, the service oversteps email and oversees a brand's rep across the web. Pivotal CEO Michelle Eisner was quoted as saying, "We think in an email environment - but we're a small world now."
