Getting social
Netflix, which suffers from what some call a "good bad problem," enjoys a userbase of surfers spending time seeking movies to queue on its site, but these same surfers are also missing features to make the experience more enjoyable.
That's changing thanks to a community section the site has rolled out over the past couple weeks, according to TechCrunch.
Most of the features play with movie renting data to make finding movies and friends easier. Included on the site is a feed that streams the latest reviews, Member Top 10 lists, what friends have recently rented, what they loved and hated.
TechCrunch compares the features to Flixster, a social networking site for movie buffs, which certainly puts Netflix on the right track.
