Carat Fusion and Carat USA are bringing their operations together to create a more unified agency, reports ClickZ.
The company is planning to combine operations from both divisions, which previously operated somewhat autonomously.
Recent successful integrated campaigns, along with the desire to provide clients a more unified product, prompted the agency to merge the units.
The combined agency will be quicker to offer clients more multi-platform executions. It also keeps the agency from working against itself, as one division does one thing while the other operates from a completely different score.
