YouTube has launched YouTube Remixer, a new service that allows people to edit videos within the site, reports TechCrunch.

Powered by Adobe Premiere Express, the Remixer can insert graphics, text and audio, and also does overlays and in-video transitions. It's quite similar to Photobucket's Remix tool, which Adobe also developed.
