Heavy.com to Deliver Geotargeted Content, Ads

Guy-oriented entertainment site Heavy.com is partnering with Digital Element to deliver geo-targeted content, language and online ads to its visitors, according to a press release.

Harnessing IP data, the two will be able to expand Heavy internationally. In addition to learning the user's geographic location based on the IP address, additional parameters include name, connection speed, and zip code.

Heavy also plans to roll geo-targeted video advertising out on the site.
