Fans of MTV's early years can rejoice. Warner Music plans to put its entire archive of music videos online for public view - at no cost, reports CNET.

Warner and digital services provider Premium TV plan to create a series of digital hubs organized by artist, genre or label, funded by advertising. Fans may download music videos for a fee.
Warner is also looking into syndicating the content to third parties, mobile content and subscription services.
