Those struggling with elusive Youtube fame can don suit and try selling themselves back into white-collardom. BusinessWeek is mulling over the creation of a video site that gives entrepreneurs a more visible platform for their elevator pitch, reports MediaWeek.
The site, described as a "business YouTube," would allow those with business ideas to pitch for venture capital or other investment dollars.
The idea may also incorporate a contest component, with visitors casting votes on proposals competing for $500,000 in VC money.
Magazine execs feel the service will garner new traffic and increase repeat visits.
BusinessWeek is allegedly seeking a technology platform to power the site.
