iTunes Lets Buyers 'Complete' Their Albums

Apple is hoping more people will buy not just single songs but entire albums through iTunes with the launch of its new "Complete My Album" feature, writes the Associated Press.
The new offering will give buyers a $.99 credit if they buy the rest of the album after buying a single. Credit will be extended for every song of a record the person has previously purchased.

Apple hopes "Complete My Album" will encourage people who bought a couple of songs but then didn't want to buy them again by downloading the whole album.

The credits are only good for 180 days after buying the first song. Customers who have bought songs from iTunes since the store first launched have 90 days to complete their albums.
