Microsoft Confirms Massive Acquisition

Microsoft confirmed last week that it's acquiring in-game advertising network Massive but would not provide details of the financial terms, reports ClickZ. The deal allows Microsoft to expand its offerings to advertisers, providing them access to a network of game publishers as well as Xbox, MSN Games and MSN Messenger.

Moreover, Microsoft plans to use Massive's ad serving technology to deliver ads across its online services and may integrate it with its just-launched adCenter.
