Retail Sites Had Better Look Good, Function Well

According to a survey by online marketing and web design firm Questus, 68 percent of internet users said they don't trust an unprofessional-looking site, and 25 percent said they leave a site if they find it difficult to locate products, reports InternetRetailer. They also don't like being forced to register. Also, some 77 percent said they made online purchases during the holiday season, and 40 percent of online shoppers said they plan to spend more online during the 2006 holiday season.
