Viacom's MTV is in the midst of finalizing a deal to buy online video and broadband content website iFilm, and the official announcement is expected in the next week or two, paidContent reports. The anticipated final sale price should be some $50 million, according to paidContent's sources. Others considering a purchase apparently included CNET - but not News Corp. In April, MTV bought Neopets for $160 million.
