Arkansas lawyers suing search engines for click fraud have launched LostClicks.com in an effort to find victimized advertisers to join a class action against the likes of Google, Yahoo, Lycos, Ask Jeeves, FindWhat, LookSmart, America Online, Netscape and Time Warner, writes ClickZ. The suit accuses them of overcharging for pay-per-click advertising and concealing their misdeeds. Plaintiffs include Lane's Gifts and Collectibles and Caulfield Investigations; two others, U.S. Citizens for Fair Credit Card Terms and Savings 4 Merchants, have apparently dropped out.
