PaidContent reports that the Snap.com started touting its cost-per-action method of selling advertising on its nascent search engine. Using a phrase that PaidContent implies may come back to haunt it someday, Snap.com's release spoke of advertisers in the more prevalent cost-per-click world being "clicked-and-dimed."
