ClickZ: Tacoda Forms Behavioral Ad Network, Challenges Paid Search Players

Publishers have something that Google and Overture don't: user profiles. Tacoda's new Audience Match Network may deliver the additional value to publishers. But the press might get bent out of shape once it realizes that Tacoda knows more about users than Google's GMail. Tacoda is generally seen as a publisher's ad management platform, but this announcement puts them into the ad network business, although it will be self-serve.
