Press Release: Yahoo Small Business Introduces Yahoo SiteBuilder

Yahoo just announced SiteBuilder, a Java-based client-side Web development tool aimed at small businesses. Isn't this something they should have come out with in 1997 or so? Moreover, there seems to be no mention of weblog functionality. It appears they haven't read the news.
