Even accounting for its large acquisitions, aQuantive yesterday announced very rapid revenue growth for 2005's first quarter. Revenue rose to $65 million, up 187 percent from the same period last year, according to AdWeek. Net income rose 55 percent to $6.4 million. The busines units that weren't acquired in the past year grew 61 percent in revenues. Interestingly, its new DrivePM ad network showed revenues of $5.3 million, with less than a million dollars in profit.
