AOL, Kutcher's Katalyst Partner for Web Content

AOL has struck a deal with Ashton Kutcher's production company, Katalyst Films, to launch original web programming for AOL, writes MediaWeek. Katalyst has produced reality shows Punk'd and Beauty and the Geek as well as several films; it will develop at least five comedy shows - at least 20 mini-episodes - available on AOL.com and AIM.
