CNET: AOL debuts service for disabled

AOL introduced a relay service for its instant messenger application that allows deaf and hard of hearing people to use their buddy lists as a directory for placing teletypewriter or TTY phone calls. Users can type directly into the instant messenger application, rather than using another application or piece of hardware.
