AOL CEO Randy Falco has unveiled a new management structure that configures the company into six business divisions reporting to Ron Grant, president and chief operating officer, who in turn reports to Falco.
The executives reporting to Grant will include Kevin Conroy, heading products; Bill Wilson, in charge of programming; Mike Kelly, leading AOL Media Networks; and Kim Partoll, heading paid services; two more execs will be named later, AdAge reports. One of those two executives will lead international ,and one who will lead platforms.
In an internal memo, Falco said the restructuring will give the company a tighter, clearer and better focus on operations.
"It's our desire to instill greater focus on execution," he said. "We believe there can be more clarity and accountability built into the organization. In such crucial areas as our speed to market and innovating new products, we have much work ahead of us."
