AOL Enters India and Betas New U.S. site

AOL has launched a version of its portal in India and is working on changes to its U.S. site as well, reports Reuters.

The Indian site was launched to capture the attention of that country's growing online user base. It has most of the same features as the U.S. version.

In the U.S. AOL has rolled out a limited beta revamp that presents users with a more customizable site. As TechCrunch reports, the site's format and layout almost exactly mirrors what Yahoo currently uses on its homepage.
