MediaPost: Despite Quick Recovery, DoubleClick Attack Results in Reluctance To Discuss
While DoubleClick survived a hack attack that temporarily downed parts of its ad network, the publishers who used DoubleClick's ad servers have been reluctant to discuss the loss of inventory or the repercussions it implies, according to a MediaPost's Kate Kaye. Another reason might be that advertisers hadn't yet learned enough to demand their money back for ads that may or may not have been seen.
