Google dodges another bullet in court as the American Blind & Wallpaper Factory drops its four-year-old lawsuit against the company for selling trademarked search keywords to competitors.
The two have agreed to cover their own court costs and Google will continue its practice of selling keyword-based ad space in connection with trademarks, according to AP News.
But this is only one battle in a broader war. For a similar grievance, Google faces another showdown with American Airlines, and has already been defeated by Louis Vuitton in France.
