Amazon.com launches Amazon Services, a division that will provide a range of services to online retailers, from help in adapting Amazon's ecommerce platform to their needs, to fulfillment and customer service.

I have not kept up with the outsourced ecommerce platform business, so I don't know what the competitive landscape looks like. Vitessa died years ago, but at least Escalate seems still around. If you know anything about this space, please use our comments to chime in. Is Amazon entering a crowded space or is this going to be a piece of cake for them?
