Even after a healthy year, analysts fear Amazon may cripple future profits by continuing to offer steep discounts. Amazon does enjoy the top spot as number one online retailer but Forrester Vice President of Retail Research Kate Delhagen said offline discounters will give Amazon a run for its money.
