Earthlink settled its case against two Alabama men accused of sending 250 million spam messages, according to DM News. Last February, Earthlink accused Damon DeCrescenzo and David Burstyn of using the local phone system to send the spam, dubbing them the "Alabama Spammers." Earlier in January, Earthlink threw its endorsement to Georgia's Governor in his efforts to make spamming a felony.
