Agency.com's New York and San Francisco office heads have left the Omnicom Group shop.

Managing partner of Agency.com's New York office Eric Valk Peterson and San Francisco counterpart Alan Burgis resigned late last week for personal reasons, according to Agency.com, reports AdWeek. New CEO David Eastman is quoted as saying the changes are part of an operations overhaul: "I'm not interested in incremental change, I'm interested in completely redefining the way we do business."

Eastman has focused on international expansion and reorienting Agency.com's marketing positioning - in large part having to do with Omnicom's alignment of Agency.com with TBWA.

Several Agency.com staffers followed former CEO Don Scales to iCrossing, and others have left this year as well, including Yuri Salnikoff, now at R/GA, where creative director Carla Echevarria has also resettled. San Francisco creative director Ali Grayeli also resigned last week, AdWeek's sources said.
