NaturalPath Media announced the launch of AdGuru, a do-it-yourself ad platform for green and healthy-living verticals, powered by AdReady.
The network, which targets ad budgets under $10,000, includes 80 eco- and sustainability-oriented sites. Advertisers can build banner ads from 600 market-tested templates or upload their own work. Targeting channels include Eco-Tech, Health & Wellness, Moms & Family, Lifestyle, Home & Garden, Sustainability and Eating Well.
A recent Boston College study found that the "greenest" adults are among the most tech-savvy and influential consumers overall. Another survey found consumers recall green ads well, but are generally skeptical of the message's sincerity.
